dc.description.abstract | The film sensors based on chitosan as a sensing material have been successfully fabricated using an electrochemical deposition technique. The agitating times of preparing chitosan solution were investigated for 1, 2 and 5 hours to see its effects to electrical properties. By characterizing current-voltage (I-V) at room temperature was found that the chitosan films which was dissolved for 5 hours showed the highest electrical current. The current values are around 15, 28 and 60 µA at 10 V for 1, 2 and 5 hours agitated, respectively. Therefore, the agitating time of the chitosan solution preparation plays the main role to produced the great performance of the sensor. | en_US |
