This paper describes the design guidelines of the rotating machine based on recycling. This explain the detail description of the rotating machine parts how to reuse. Technological issues arising from the following rotating machine components are covered: stator insulation, rotor insulation, stator core, rotor core, stator winding, rotor winding, bearing, shaft and frame. Factors that affect the recycling guidelines are investigated and the influence of these factors on the performance of the technique is studied in detail. For induction machine designs, which are already tested in the laboratory, have been optimized taking these factors into account.en_US
