dc.description.abstract | CdS nanostructures are prepared by sol-gel spin coating method using different thiourea concentrations. The thiourea concentration effect for CdS nanostructures deposited on quartz substrate is studied. The CdS nanostructures give important analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical transmittance using (UV-vis) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, in addition to characterization of atomic force microscopy (AFM). The calculated refractive index and optical dielectric constant have proved a good agreement with experimental and theoretical results. | en_US |
