    Abstract
The impact of Metaldehyde on Anabas Testudinues is due to the use of indiscriminate and improper handling of pesticides in agriculture has led to serious health problems and impact on aquatic life as well. In this experiment, there are three objectives which can be highlighted as the impact of changes in behavior, changes in physiology and the death of Anabas Testudinues during exposure to Metaldehyde. These objectives had been covered in order to see the effects of acute within 96 hr. In this experiment, four types of different concentrations were used, which are 0mg / L, 3.5mg / L, 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L. The Anabas Testudinues need to be acclimatized within 1 week to its new environment and temperature of the laboratory before the experiment had been conducted. The behavioral and physical changes of Anabas Testudinues were been observed and recorded before and after testing the toxicity of Metaldehyde on the Anabas Testudinues. The effect of the physical changes of the fish had been determined by using the numbering scale based the eroded part of the body or redden part of the body. The results was then being compared for one tank to the other based on the level of concentration of Metaldehyde that had been mixed with the water of the tank. However, after the test of acute toxicity, the death of anabas tetudinues had been recoded, physiological of the whole body of the Anabas Testudinues had shown the effect from the exposure of Metaldehyde. The body which had been turned to be yellowish based on the level of concentration of Metaldehyde which had been added into the tank. In addition, by using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) statistics generated by the Excel program in order to analyze the recorded data on Anabas Testudinues death during acute toxicity, by proving the hypothesis of the experiment based on mortality of the anabas testuudinues. The higher concentrations of Metaldehyde, the higher the rate of the death of Anabas Testudinues occurred in a tank. Apart from that, in order to identify the LC50 of the concentration level of Metaldehyde, the regression statistical had been generated by the aid of SPSS program. This had been used to determine the mortality of half of Anabas
