dc.description.abstractDelay in construction means the construction is fail to finish according to the actual schedule. Design and build contract is a type of contract where all the disciplines of construction were combined under a contract and been issued to a design and build contractor to start and finish the project. The study was carried out to analyze the project that have complete and experienced delay, to identify the causes of delay and the factors contribute to delay and to obtain respondents views on project implementation delay. The project chosen for the study should be completed, construct under design and build contract and experienced delay. In order to achieve the objectives, questionnaire was used to obtain the data and the results were obtained by the Relative Importance Index analysis. The result obtained from the analysis is then been classed and ranked. From there, we can identify which parties contribute the most and what are the major cause of delay.en_US
