    Abstract
The design and analysis CMOS of Two Stage Operational Amplifier that presented has constructed with two basic amplifier which is diffential amplifier and single stage amplifier. The design need to achieve the value that will meet the requirement specifications. By using the technology of TSMC 0.35um, it have to consider the value of the parameter width and length for all transistor that have been use in circuit. It is important for the design to meet the requirement specifications especially for voltage gain, Av. Firstly, calculate the size value for all transistor in circuit then applied to the simulation design. Try to compare with the specification given and try to achive the specification. Knowledge of PMOS and NMOS characteristic is very important as fundamental.
